This cake's design is called filigree, which creates a lacy sort of feel, this one has an arrow which also runs over the sides and the board . Round the edges of the filigree design is overpiped in coral and set with little rondels as is the board. Around the top and bottom of the cake it is piped using shells in cream. set with a golden ball on each adjoining shell. This is then overpiped using the coral in swags. Finished off with contrasting ribbon.
